Job Title: Part-Time Front of House Team Member
Location: Koku Shi, Dunfermline
Hours: 20 hours a week

Koku Shi Dunfermline is on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis. What you'll do:

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Take orders and serve food and drinks with a smile Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and inviting Assist with general front-of-house duties to help service run smoothly Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to deliver a great experience
What we're looking for:

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Flexibility and reliability, especially for the weekends and evenings
