Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Football Coach to join our Coaching Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young pupils within a school environment and develop athletic development through organised training sessions and matches.
Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels. . Motivate players, encouraging sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork both on and off the pitch. Monitor pupils' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Ensure all training activities adhere to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and teaching staff regarding schedules, progress, and upcoming events. Maintain a positive environment that promotes enjoyment of the sport while fostering fair play.
Qualifications
Proven experience in football coaching. Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex techniques clearly. A genuine passion for sport and youth development. Ability to motivate and inspire pupils of diverse ages and abilities. Relevant football coaching certifications or qualifications. Enhanced DBS certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 22.00-25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Work Location: In person
