We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused team members to join our front of house team in our busy, multi-award-winning restaurant.
What we're looking for:
A bubbly, friendly and outgoing personality - you'll love looking after customers.
Confidence in advising guests on daily specials, gluten-free products, allergens and intolerances.
A genuine team player who wants to be part of the Safari family.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment - essential.
Skills that will set you apart:
Coffee-making experience (latte, cappuccino, mocha, etc.).
Confident in preparing thickshakes and specialty coffees quickly and consistently.
Bar experience is an advantage.
(Training will be provided if needed.)

Fully checkable work history with two verifiable references.
Level 2 Basic Hygiene Certificate (must be obtained if not already held).
Flexibility to work varying shifts:
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday & Saturday: 8am - 9pm (up to 1am during Christmas and private events)
PAYE only.
