Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality and barista work is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work extra hours during school holidays as required
