About Us

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. We aim to add at least two new sites to our business every year, so your career development opportunities will be as amazing as you are. About You

You must be a confident and outgoing person - with the ability to read your guests and deliver the experience they want. A passion for food, drink and service is a must, with a keen eye for detail. We employ hard-working people who love creating memorable moments for every guest.

Job Role

Providing the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness. Growing sales & exceeding customer expectations. Ensuring that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Working with the bar and waiting teams to deliver perfect service.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
