Job Description
We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team.
Rate of pay 12.21 per hour
A vacancy for 16 hours per week including one evening and some weekends.
We are looking for staff who are warm, kind, reliable, empathetic and compassionate to provide domestic services within our care home, social club and other buildings on site.
You will be providing essential services to support the operation of the charity and will be committed to working as part of a team.
Duties will include preparing and serving room service breakfasts to residents, making beds, completing food menus and cleaning duties.

Main Duties:
To clean premises, equipment and fittings. To prepare and serve light meals to residents To make up and change beds as required To operate equipment and use materials, ensuring that:
(i) Instructions are clearly understood.
(ii) Equipment is not faulty or dangerous.
To store away equipment and materials after use. To wear protective clothing where required and to check it is clean and serviceable. To report to the manager on duty:
(i) Damage and breakages.
(ii) All matters relating to health, safety and welfare.
To complete records as required in line with relevant duties To carry out duties and respond as required in connection with any Quality System in place [e.g. IIP, ISO 9001:2015]. To carry out other associated duties, responsibilities and training as required from time to time by the duty manager. To maintain harmonious working relationships with residents, staff and colleagues.
