We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Laundry Person to join our team. This role involves moulding and ironing laundry items, ensuring that all linens and garments meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The position offers flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking part-time employment.
Responsibilities
Operate laundry machines efficiently, ensuring proper use of equipment for washing and drying. Perform ironing of various fabrics, maintaining quality standards. Inspect finished items for cleanliness and quality before distribution. Maintain a clean and organised laundry area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies.
Skills
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
