Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner

to join our team in a

Part time role.

Hours to include 8am-6pm WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAYS

Key Responsibilities:

Promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and play. Observe and assess individual needs to tailor learning experiences. Ensure the learning environment is secure, welcoming, and encourages exploration. Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and accessibility for all children. Design and implement activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or relevant curriculum. Encourage curiosity, communication, and problem-solving skills. Develop trusting, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Communicate regularly with families about progress and needs. Follow safeguarding policies to protect children.

Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification

. A caring and patient attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed. A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
