Part-Time Maintenance Team Member - 16 hours per week

At ibis Styles Glasgow Central, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. We're now looking for a

hands-on, reliable Maintenance Team Member

to help keep our hotel looking great and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across the hotel, including basic plumbing, painting, joinery, and minor repairs Complete daily checks to ensure all equipment, fixtures and fittings are safe and in good working order Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and the team Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Keep back-of-house areas tidy and compliant with health & safety standards Work closely with the management and housekeeping teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally

What We're Looking For

Previous maintenance or handyman/handyperson experience preferred A practical problem-solver with good attention to detail Confident with basic tools and small repairs Comfortable working independently and managing tasks without supervision Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused Flexible availability, including some weekends
