Part-Time Multisport Coach

The London Sports Trust is a charity which aims to inspire young Londoners through sport. We work with over 500 young people each week, delivering sports coaching sessions in nurseries, primary and secondary schools as well as running life skills and mentoring programmes.

We are looking for someone to work on an hourly basis although we might be able to offer a guaranteed

10 to 15 hours per week during term time

and we also run a number of holiday programmes throughout the year. This role would be to start immediately.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced self-employed sports coach to support our schools and nurseries programme. This will involve planning and delivering coaching sessions for young people aged between 3 and 16 in a wide range of sports including Rugby, Football, Basketball, Handball, Tennis, and Multisports. Our coaches deliver curriculum and after school sessions across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

We are looking for someone to deliver multi-sport for some of the nurseries (9-11.30am) and schools (1-6pm) we work in. Some of the different activities we are currently running are Rugby, cricket, football, basketball, tennis, and other individual/team sports. We run these sessions from Monday to Friday so availability on these days would be essential. Saturday work also possible.

A Valid CRB / DBS is required.

Requirements:

Coaching Qualifications required

At least one NGB coaching qualification

Local to West London / willing to travel

at least x2 years coaching experience

Coaching Experience with young people

Flexible timing
