Supported living offers an alternative to residential care and empowers individuals to choose the right amount of support - how and when they need it - so they can lead an enriching and fulfilling life. Our supported living schemes are designed specifically for people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex care needs. We are passionate about delivering the best possible care and support. Supported living allows individuals to live independently and have control over how and when they receive support. We work with individuals to set their levels of care and support and ensure their rights as a tenant are protected. Our flexible support is tailored to need, and together we create personalised support plans focusing on interests, priorities, and skills. This might involve help to find employment or a plan to live more independently in the future. Whatever the need, we are here to help. The type of support a person receives is controlled by them. From help with personal care needs and managing finances, to finding education, work, or leisure activities - each person decides!
Priory House supports four people.
