About Harewood Park

Established in 1986, Harewood Park is a specialist nursing and rehabilitation centre for adults with chronic mental illness, acquired brain injuries, and mild learning disabilities. Our focus is on empowering individuals to build life skills, regain independence, and live meaningful lives in a safe, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Provide person-centred care and emotional support overnight Assist with personal care and bedtime routines, always maintaining dignity and respect Support with medication administration (training provided) Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting changes promptly Encourage rehabilitation and life skills through supportive interactions Assist with meals, hydration, and general comfort Ensure residents' rooms and shared spaces remain safe and clean Document care provided and follow individual care plans Take the lead in the absence of senior staff Help guide and support new team members

Job details

Location:

Harewood Park, Cheadle, Staffordshire

Hours:

2 x 12-hour night shifts per week (19:15 PM - 7:15 AM), rolling rota including 1 in 3 weekends

Pay:

12.60 per hour

Contract:

Permanent, Part-Time
