Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at Gems Childcare. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and well-being of children in our care, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Monitor children's progress and report on their development. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of childcare.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education (e.g., NVQ Level 3). Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting. Strong communication skills to engage with children and parents alike. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment. Leadership skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
