We are expanding and looking for an Office Administrator to join our lively team, helping with daily administrative tasks. Must have a can do attitude and be flexible. In house training provided.

Newcastle Garage doors and shutters ltd, manufacture, supply and install electric operating insulated and steel rolling doors.
Duties
Basic processing of payments, invoices, receipts and entering data into Quickbooks.
Resolve queries to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Credit Control / Chasing overdue accounts
Answering phones professionally with excellent phone etiquette.
ordering stock and communicating with reps and suppliers.
typing up documents, forms, reports and correspondence as required.
Updating social media platforms
Requirements
The ability to prioritise workloads, demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and have a proactive approach to work.
The ability to communicate effectively and build good working relationships.
Good IT and communication skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms would be advantageous, however, not essential
Great Team worker
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Currently looking for a part time candidate over a 3 day period (including a Monday) 24 hours per week, with half an hour each day unpaid lunch break (22.5 paid hours) . On site parking available
