About the Role:
This is an ideal position for a candidate with previous experience in the optical industry, but we also welcome applicants with no prior experience who are enthusiastic and willing to learn. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. The role will be based between 9am and 5pm 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients and managing reception duties
Performing general administrative tasks
Assisting patients with the selection, fitting, and measuring of spectacles
Supporting the team in delivering high-quality patient care

Motivated and flexible with a strong work ethic
A good communicator with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using a computer and basic software systems
