Part Time Orthodontic Dental Nurse
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality orthodontic treatment to mainly patients under the age of 18yrs The ideal candidate will assist our orthodontist and orthodontic therapists and support the smooth running of the practice.
Duties:
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment for treatments
- Prepare instruments and materials for dental procedures
- Provide excellent patient care and support during treatments
- Manage patient records accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding
- Perform IT tasks related to patient management systems
Requirements:
- Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications
- Excellent organisational skills to manage clinical environments effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
We are looking for someone to work Tuesday & Wednesday
. We offer good rates of pay and support to achieve additional qualifications. You must be friendly, reliable and enjoy working with children/teenagers.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
Valid GDC registration (preferred)
Work Location: In person
