Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Part Time PA (8 hours per week) to support a hugely successful independent musician with day-to-day administration and management of their performing career. This part time PA role is ideal for an individual with a love and appreciation of classical music.
The role is primarily remote with one in- person meeting per week (London based). This position requires a professional attitude, a high level or organisation and the ability to work proactively in an independent way.
Duties will include:
- Planning
- Project management
- Funding applications/budgets
- Tour logistics (travel arrangements, itineraries, visas)
- Communication with other music professionals or institutions
- Data management
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as required
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience of working with Project Management tool Asana highly desirable
- A good, flexible and accommodating worth ethic with the ability to perform assignments independently
- Professional, friendly, polite, and approachable personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous PA experience in a creative environment highly desirable
Salary: \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 pro rata (DOE)
