Part-Time PPC Expert - Social Media

Location:

Monmouth, NP25 (in-office, with optional hybrid working potential after training)

Salary:

10.2k - 15.4k (dependent on experience and hours)

Hours:

16-24 hours per week

So.Social Media is growing, and we're looking for a part-time PPC Expert to help us take our paid social offering to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a range of exciting clients, running paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in paid social who can confidently build, manage, and optimise campaigns to deliver measurable results.

What you'll do:

Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others (e.g. TikTok, YouTube) Analyse campaign performance and report back with clear, actionable insights Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with our content team Manage audience targeting and retargeting strategies Track conversions and performance metrics Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep campaigns fresh and effective Collaborate with the wider team to align PPC with organic social and content strategies

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn (essential) Experience with other platforms such as TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Google Ads (a bonus) Confident using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Strong analytical skills and experience working with data Excellent copywriting and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised Able to work independently and as part of a team
