Company Overview

We're a successful private physiotherapy clinic in Bexleyheath operating since 2020. We have an excellent reputation (see our google reviews) and pride ourselves on our experienced team and varied caseload that includes both private and insurance clients. Our clinic has excellent facilities with two treatment rooms and a small rehab suite with gym equipment. We also have a wide range of treatment modalities and equipment to facilitate client recovery including shockwave therapy.

Summary

Our clinic is growing and we are excited to offer the right individual the opportunity to join our team. We're looking for an experienced MSK physiotherapist who prides themselves on providing a real quality service to help our clients achieve their goals and become pain free.

You will join the team as an associate/self employed physiotherapist. Hours available are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons anytime from 2:00pm to 8pm and Saturdays any time from 9am-5pm. We're looking for a candidate who can do several 3 or 4 hour shifts (depending on demand) on the above days.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to assess, diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions and joint pains. Treatments must include hands on physiotherapy and exercise-based treatment methods tailored to the clients needs. You will manage your own client case load including booking follow ups, documenting accurate & up to date clinical notes using our patient management software and sending personalised exercise plans using our exercise software.

The ideal candidate will have confidence, empathy, be an excellent communicator including good customer service skills and have excellent computer skills. You must also be highly skilled with excellent hands-on techniques.

Lone working will be involved so you must be comfortable working independently, including opening/closing the clinic, taking payments - on occasion, managing your diary - booking follow ups. Excellent computer skills are required as all our management is done through our diary on Cliniko.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy

- Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

- Full HCPC membership

- Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, exercises and advanced manual treatment skills.

- At least 2 years' experience working in MSK Physiotherapy.

- Ability to work independently as a self-employed practitioner including lone working.

- Private practice experience - minimum of 3 months.

- Car driver would be beneficial but not essential.
