Summary

Our clinic is growing and we are excited to offer the right individual the opportunity to join our team. We're looking for an experienced MSK physiotherapist who prides themselves on providing a real quality service to help our clients achieve their goals and become pain free.

If you're successful you will have the option to work as a contracted employee or as a self-employed associate - commission based. Employed salary range - 25000 - 35000 pro-rata depending on experience. Commission based hourly rate ranges from 28-42 per hour.

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours, currently the hours we require are Mondays all day, Tuesdays 4-8pm, Wednesdays 2-7pm, Thursdays 3-8pm, Fridays 2-7pm and Saturdays 9-5pm. We're open to hiring multiple suitable candidates to cover these hours.

Requirements and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have confidence, empathy, be an excellent communicator including good customer service skills and have excellent computer skills. We're looking for an individual who is positive, friendly and keen to provide excellent care, spend time building rapport with clients and helping the client in the best way possible.

You will be required to assess, diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions and joint pains. Treatments must include hands on physiotherapy and exercise-based treatment methods tailored to the client's needs.

You will manage your own client case load including booking follow ups, documenting accurate & up to date clinical notes using our patient management software and sending personalised exercise plans using our exercise software.

Lone working will be involved so you must be comfortable working independently, including opening/closing the clinic and taking payments - on occasion.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy

- Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

- Full HCPC membership

- Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, exercises and advanced manual treatment skills.

- At least 2 years' experience working in MSK Physiotherapy.

- Ability to work independently

- Private practice experience - minimum of 6 months.

- Car driver would be beneficial but not essential.
