Part Time Property Advisor

Job Description

The part time property advisor's role requires flexibility and is to work closely alongside the whole of the business providing support for viewings, client visits and department support.

The role is part time with contracted days of every Friday and Saturday however there will be occasions in busy periods when more hours will be available. Experience within the Estate Agent Industry is beneficial but not essential. Your work will mainly be out and about therefore a full clean driving licence will be required.

Key responsibilities



Professionally accompany prospective viewers around, properties & land for the Sales, Lettings and Agricultural department. Meet with our vendors to learn about the property's history and key features with a view to professionally presenting the property at a later stage to prospective buyers or tenants. Understand our full portfolio of properties to then be able to suggest alternative properties to prospective viewers should alternative options be required. Actively seek prospective valuation opportunities from all potential leads. Actively refer ancillary services, including mortgage and solicitor leads, applicant and property Relocation Agent Network or Guild of Property Professionals. Ensure all handovers have been carried out to the relevant departments. Ensuring all properties are treated with respect and are left as they are found, with security being at the forefront of the visit. Ensure all keys are returned and securely held using the REAPIT system. Ensure all documentation & notes are completed using the REAPIT software.
Keep up to date with trends, legislation, and regulation in the property market.

General responsibilities



Support all departments as required, the front desk and negotiators. Complete all tasks in line with our company values Undertake all training that is offered and seek new opportunities for development. Actively encourage customer reviews ?and share feedback to the rest of the team as appropriate. Represent Bentons in a professional manner both inside and outside of company time. Ensure you are familiar with and adhere to our company policies and procedures as set out in the company handbook.

Your experience and ability



Experience in dealing with customers

Ability & enthusiasm to manage difficult customers and challenging situations

Superb attention to detail and ability to spot problems and plan to avoid them in advance

Excellent communication skills both written and oral, fluent English speaking. nce will be required, and will report to Head Of Operations Maria? Burns.
