We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Sales/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the administrative functions of our luxury property portfolio. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Duties
Key responsibilities include managing and registering applicants, arranging viewings, and obtaining local market information.
Registering applicants and maintaining accurate records
Arranging property viewings and gaining feedback.
Advising clients on effective marketing strategies.
Marketing properties, which includes creating marketing materials and managing social media campaigns.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers.
Proven administrative experience in the property sector or similar environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
