This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 21 hours over the following 3 days. Monday and Tuesday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Wednesday, 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
What this role would include
Greeting clients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Coordinating client appointments and ensuring all onsite events are correctly set up and the required arrangements made. Liaising with legal teams as appropriate.
Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are well presented and appropriately stocked.
Proactively support other administration and facilities activity within the office.

A proven administration or receptionist background and confident communication skills.
Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and to proactively build relationships with managers, staff and clients.
