About the Role
We're looking for a welcoming, tech-savvy Receptionist to join our growing podiatry clinic. You'll be the first friendly face our patients see.

receptionist and customer service duties
.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Patient Support:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Check in/out patients and handle payments (in-person and phone)
Manage appointment reminders and phone calls
Maintain accurate patient records
Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
Receive and log deliveries
Document and improve reception processes
Draft letters, emails, and other communications
Support general admin and operational tasks
About You
You're friendly, organised, and confident using both
technology
and your
customer service skills
. You enjoy working independently, but love being part of a caring, professional team.
Essential skills:
Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Basic social media content creation (Instagram/Facebook)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible with your time
