We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling using organisational tools
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office and bespoke dental software
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and organising documents
Support office management with various clerical duties to ensure efficient workflow
Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming at all times
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
Demonstrated phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
Organised, reliable, with a professional demeanour suitable for a client-facing role
