Retail Sales Assistant

for our shop based in London Street Southport

As a Waterfield's

Retail Sales Assistant

, you are expected to maximise sales through effective baking of savoury goods, stock merchandising and customer service. We provide our customers with great tasting quality Savouries, Sandwiches, Bread and Confectionery goods.

Key responsibilities include:

In store baking of all savoury and sweet pastry goods throughout the day (Pasties, Pies Sausage Rolls, Custards Eccles Cakes etc)

Maximizing the sales at every opportunity

Driving sales forward through product availability

Delivery of excellent customer service

A working knowledge of health & safety and food safety legislation

Working hours of 15 per week ( these may vary depending on the needs of the business) :-

Monday 12:30- 17:30

Thursday 12:30 - 17:30

Saturday 11:30 - 17:30
