We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team in Bangor, United Kingdom. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our store's success.

Welcome and assist customers with product selection, providing a friendly and professional shopping experience Offer expert advice on our product range, staying up-to-date with the latest offerings and promotions Maintain an attractive and organised sales floor by restocking shelves and creating eye-catching product displays Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the till Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives Actively promote special offers and loyalty programmes to maximise sales opportunities Assist with inventory management and stock control procedures Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others Positive attitude and proactive approach to work Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions Keen attention to detail, particularly for maintaining product displays and store presentation Team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards common goals Enthusiasm for learning about products and sharing knowledge with customers
