Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Answer telephone calls, addressing customer enquiries.
Book appointments for the sales representative, ensuring accurate scheduling.
Maintain a clean and organised showroom, ensuring all displays are well-presented.
Report daily activities, customer feedback to head office.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product information and enquiries.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
