Our new purpose built, state of the art storage facility has only been open for a few months and we have a great job opportunity available.

We build relationships with our customers, whether that be personal customers going through a life event (like moving home, getting married or divorced) or business customers who use us as an extension of their business premises. In essence, we provide people with space to put their belongings and we hold their hands while they take each step along the way in what can be a stressful process. It's incredibly rewarding.
About You:
You need to be friendly, have an enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills, a desire to learn new skills and a passion for sales. Whilst previous sales experience is beneficial, the right candidate is more important and we will provide you with all the tools and coaching to assist your development.
Duties will include:
Conduct onsite customer visits
Face to face sales of Packaging and Insurance
Administration Duties
Deal with inbound telephone sales calls
Speaking to and email internet enquiries
General Office Duties
Credit Control & Chasing Bad Debtors
Warehouse Duties
Signing Up New Customers
Ensuring all operational standards are maintained
Availability to work weekends and Bank Holidays
Live within 25 minutes travelling time of the store
Desired skills
Experience of providing a high level of customer service in a sales environment
Experience of carrying out basic administrative duties
Experience of cash handling
Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), email and the internet
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has a good standard of numeracy and literacy with fluency in spoken & written English

Working week: 15-20 hours per week to be agreed with successful candidate (more hours during holiday periods will be available).
Office Operating Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00pm - 4:00pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm
