The Opportunity - Sales & Digital Marketing Executive



This is a varied and autonomous role combining sales, customer relationship management, and digital marketing. You'll be key in helping us grow our customer portfolio, while ensuring existing clients continue to receive exceptional service and benefit from our full range of products.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:



Digital marketing:

Create engaging website blogs, LinkedIn posts, monthly e-newsletters, and maintain listings in industry directories. Produce and maintain a product brochure, and organise webinars along with associated marketing materials.

Lead generation and sales support:

Manage inbound enquiries, book online demos and prepare materials, and follow up proactively to convert enquiries to sales.

Tenders and proposals:

Prepare and submit tender applications with attention to detail.

Customer onboarding:

Provide pre-populated contracts, guide new clients through onboarding, and schedule training.

Relationship management and retention:

Build strong client partnerships, raise awareness of system feature enhancements, identify upsell opportunities, secure contract renewals, and conduct virtual annual service reviews.

CRM management:

Keep HubSpot data accurate and up-to-date.

Market insight:

Stay informed about our product development, industry trends, tech advancements, and competitors.

Team support:

Occasionally assist our Support Team with inbound calls and emails.

What we're looking for



You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Experienced in digital marketing and/or business development Skilled in LinkedIn marketing and digital communication Confident, approachable, and self-motivated An excellent communicator - both written and verbal, with a strong command of English Customer-focused with a friendly, professional approach Commercially aware and driven to identify opportunities and grow revenue streams Creative with a good eye for presentation and detail Diligent, organised and proactive, able to manage time effectively in a remote setting Tech-comfortable - confident using web-based software Based in the UK with the legal right to work here

A genuinely supportive, family-friendly employer Comprehensive training and ongoing support - we'll set you up for success Fully remote role - work comfortably from home Permanent contract Part time hours with the choice of contracted hours between 25 and 30 hours per week. To be worked over 4 or 5 days and within our business operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Contracted hours, working days and start/finish times to be agreed at the outset. Salary in the region of 35,000 to 40,000 pro rata.
