Salary 28K pro Rata plus commission OTE 50K
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Skills



Proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Main Duties:



1. To grow the digital reach and revenue streams of Ulster Tatler Group, including in new geographies.

2. To grow the print advertising side of the business.

3. To maintain and grow the existing extensive client base.

4. To work along with the events team to develop new profitable events/magazines/digital products

5. To sell across all Ulster Tatler Group digital/print/event products.

6. Key activities: generating sales revenue by telephone sales, generating leads, meeting advertising agencies, etc.

7. Raise the profile of the Company with key decision-makers, including advertising agencies in Belfast, Dublin, and London.

8. Develop new partnerships, features, and concepts for each of the Company's products.

9. Develop a network of contacts within the industry through personal contact.

10. Attend relevant functions on behalf of the Company.

11. Detail pricing arrangements with customers.

12. Maintain regular contact with the customer base and keep customers updated on changes in the company's digital, print and event products.

13. Interface with other internal departments on a proactive basis to meet the needs of the company.

14. Be supportive of the objectives and ethos of the Company.

Criteria



Essential



Good level of secondary education demonstrating high degree of numeracy & literacy

A minimum of six months sales experience gained in a relevant environment - e.g. media, advertising, digital, publishing, events company.

Excellent communication and influencing skills including presentation and negotiation skills, both oral & written

Effective planning and organisation skills

Computer literate including MS Office experience

Ability to sell

Able to work on own initiative and adapt to change

Ability to generate new and creative ideas and innovative solutions to problems

Good time keeping and attendance

Salary 28K pro Rata plus commission OTE 50K

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 28,000.00-50,000.00 per year
