Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in our Peacehaven HQ for a 'Sales & Marketing Support' position. The role involves outbound sales strategies such as calls and emails. The role will also involve assisting the marketing and sales teams with tasks - such as preparing reports, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining and following up customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include analysing data, helping identify sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role requires a proactive approach to daily activities in a collaborative team setting, whilst also being able to self-manage and maximise productivity.
Success dependent, the role could quickly turn into full-time employment.

The Pay
This role will be paid at the Brighton Living Wage rate - with a generous commission and bonus structure.
It must be stressed that this role can see rapid progression within a small and growing sales team.
Skills Required/Preferred (but not essential)
Sales skills to assist in promotional activities and identifying business opportunities.
A hardworking and positive attitude to learning
Experience in working with meeting KPI's & Targets
Working with and updating CRM systems
Not afraid to pick up the phone and have direct conversations with warm and cold leads.
Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights that drive informed decisions.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospects, clients and team members.
Familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage.
Ability to work systematically and efficiently in an on-site team environment.
Experience in similar roles or industries is beneficial but not required.
