to join our award winning team on a part-time and flexible basis. This role is focused on helping to progress agreed sales through to successful completion by providing excellent service, communication, organisation, and negotiation support to the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing and progressing sales from agreed through to completion.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their support needs, answer queries, and provide timely updates.
Organise and maintain sales documentation, records, and reports to ensure smooth workflows.
Actively follow up with all parties, ensuring momentum is maintained throughout the process
Support the negotiation process, helping to achieve win-win outcomes.
Work closely with the sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met and service standards are delivered.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively suggest solutions to drive efficiency.
About You:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A good listener who can understand customer needs and translate them into actionable next steps.
Skilled in negotiation, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Previous experience in estate agency and property related sales is desirable.
