Sentry Security Ltd is seeking a reliable and well presented part time security officer / concierge for a private residential block in Warrington.

Applicants should be approachable and friendly being the first person seen when entering the building.

This is a

part time

vacancy. However, additional shifts do become available quite regularly. All sites are in the Warrington area.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 1730 to 2130.

20 hours per week

Duties include:

Foot patrols / Firewatch patrols ensuring the premises is secure and safe

Access Control - ensuring that only residents and approved visitors gain entry

Receiving and dealing with post / parcels and keeping accurate records

Maintaining the duty log and incident reports

Dealing with incidents, recording and reporting

Minimum Requirements:

Valid SIA security licence. (An additional CCTV licence would be an advantage)

Checkable work history going back a minimum of 5 years without gaps - this must be supplied, in full, at interview

Smart and professional appearance

Confident and friendly personality

Excellent communication skills

Access to own transport

A current driving licence is an advantage.
