The opportunity has arisen at SVH for drivers who want to work according to their own schedule, and are prepared to travel all over the UK, delivering and collecting cars and vans from A to B.

Who are we

Specialist Vehicle Hire supplies replacement vehicles, mainly to the insurance industry from its main depot in Portsmouth.

We are looking for professional drivers to deliver and collect vehicles across the UK.

How the role works

This is a

self-employed part time

role where you, as the driver, have full control over your schedule.If you enjoy being your own boss, don't want a Monday to Friday working 9 to 5, then this could be the role for you.The demand for work varies.

We have a vehicle check in app so a charged smart phone is essential.

SVH cover expenses.

Training : we offer full training so that you feel comfortable in your new role. Full support: we will provide you with full office back. Flextime : as you are self employed.

What you need to be successful with us

Age between 25 and 75 years (insurance conditions) A full UK driving licence with 3+ years driving experience and no more than 3 penalty points. Uniform supplied No driving bans in the last five years Professional and reliable: you will represent SVH. Good conduct, communication and presentation are essential. Data-enabled Android or IOS smartphone Previous vehicle movement experience is useful but by no means essential; you will receive full training from us
