Part-Time Site Coordinator and Driver
We are looking for a reliable and organised
Part-Time Site Coordinator and Driver
to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied routine, is a confident driver, and is comfortable with both administrative tasks and physical work.Salary:
11.44 per hourHours:
8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime available based on business needs)Key Responsibilities:
Morning Operations:
Assist the service team with daily operations, including checking in customers and moving vehicles from the customer car park to the rear compound in an efficient and timely manner.Driving and Deliveries:
Use the company van to deliver parts to various locations within a 20-mile radius. You will also assist the rental department with vehicle deliveries, which may occasionally require the use of public transport to return to the site.General Assistance:
Provide support to the service and rental teams as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.Qualifications and Skills:
Valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. A professional and punctual approach to work.
