This job would be PERFECT for somebody who needs flexible part time working hours, would like a basic wage but also have the opportunity to achieve plenty of performance related bonuses. Can be primarily a work from home job if preferred (with just one day a week in our Ripley office) so it is essential you are self motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Applicants MUST have previous experience & skills in running marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram through sponsored adverts, building a company Facebook page, and use AI to generate eye catching video adverts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic individual to take charge or our social media marketing platforms to generate plenty of online enquires for our range of resin driveway and composite fencing products. We need somebody to bring some exciting new ideas & content to our team.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook & Instagram. Create compelling content including text, images, videos, and infographics tailored to target audiences. Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions. Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise reach and engagement. Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or reviews professionally and efficiently. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital marketing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and storytelling. Ability to analyse data insights and translate them into actionable strategies. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 150.00-600.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 - 18 per week
