Part Time Social Media Manager (tiktok Focus)

Job Description
We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy part-time Social Media Manager to join our content team in London. The role focuses on TikTok content creation and localisation, working closely with our team to build engaging short-form videos and create the brand's community.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-create and produce TikTok videos with the team
Manage and grow the brand's TikTok account with a focus on local engagementResearch local trends, sounds, and formats to guide content direction
Analyse content performance and suggest optimisationsHelp shape the localised voice and aesthetic of the brand on social media
Requirements:
Based in London, able to work flexibly across 12-20 hours per week
Deep understanding of TikTok and short video culture in the UK
Experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketingStrong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and digital culture
Fluency in English (Chinese or other languages is a plus)Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a creative team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
