We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, providing exceptional treatments and services to our clients. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise in various therapies and your ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver a range of spa treatments, including deep tissue massage and eyelash extensions, tailored to meet individual client needs. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with professionalism. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience while contributing to the spa's revenue goals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation. Assist in social media management by promoting services and sharing client testimonials to attract new guests. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience in front desk operations is an advantage, along with familiarity in upselling techniques within the spa or hospitality industry. Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus but not essential. A passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
