We are recruiting an accountant to join our accountancy practice in Bath. We focus on on technology start-ups, ethical businesses, start-ups, individuals and consultants and have a lovely client base. We really enjoy helping our clients to grow their businesses and getting to know them.

We have a beautiful office in the heart of the city of Bath, but of course some of the time it would be great to work from home and that's fine too.

The role we have available involves:

- Talking to our clients, providing advice and support

- Personal tax planning (in particular for owner-managed businesses and soletraders)

- Reviewing personal tax returns

Ideally you will have:

- A Chartered Accountancy Qualification ACA/ACCA or equivalent (AAT Level 4 with relevant experience also considered). CTA qualification would be a big advantage but not essential.

- Experience in providing tax advice to soletraders and owner-managed businesses preferred.

Ideally 3 days per week, but could be full time. Hours negotiable and either in our office or hybrid working pattern.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
