We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in food preparation and service. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage Front of House staff to ensure efficient food and service.
Lead by example in serving food, and setting up tables for service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
Train new team members in front of house service
Coordinate with management and kitchen for day-to-day events
Key holding, opening and closing of the premises
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
Bar experience is required
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail with front of house service
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Background in hotel or barista experience is considered a plus.
