Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets. Research and recommend suitable travel options, including flights, accommodation, tours, and transportation. Book and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, car hire, and other travel services using industry-standard booking systems. Provide detailed itineraries and travel documentation to clients. Offer expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local customs. Handle any changes or cancellations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company database. Stay informed about the latest travel trends, deals, and industry regulations to provide up-to-date advice.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Familiarity with travel booking software and industry tools is advantageous. Knowledge of various destinations, including local customs and visa procedures, is beneficial. A passion for travel coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
