Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Hours are Saturday x 2 hours - Sunday x 1.5 Hours - Tuesday x 1/2 hour

Start date 3rd January 2026

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, and communal spaces utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure effective sanitation Empty bins, replace liners, and organise waste disposal in accordance with health and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as required Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels to ensure availability at all times Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or contamination Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises

Experience

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
