Job Description

I am a small animal breeder in northeastern Banbury and am looking for a person who likes and has had experience with small animals (rats, mice, hamsters, rabbits) to help me with weekly health and hygiene maintenance for my pets. This is an opportunity both to earn some money and to learn about small animal care and breeding. The work involves regular cleaning of the cages as well as health checks, nursery maintenance for litters and, with experience, delivering medication when required.

This is a great part-time job, especially for a young person with commitment to animal care and welfare and some time available at weekends. Some flexibility is essential since the work may vary between Saturday and Sunday. Some additional hours may be offered on mid-week days as well. If you have experience or interest in small furries, please tell me about it.

DISTANCE: This job is in OX16 3WX. Please check on Google Maps (or equivalent) how far away you are from this location. Experience suggests that if you are more than about 15 mins by car, this job may not be worth the time and cost of the commute. (Just saying!)

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per week
