Position: Part Time/Casual General Assistant
:
The PartTime General Assistant will be trained in all operational roles within the company. Ultimately, they will help provide high-quality customer service and smooth running of day to day operations, supports the company's business objectives, and represent the company in all aspects of business dealings with customers.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver customer service in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers to assist them with any questions or issues that may arise.
Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and general operation.
Ensure that customer service standards are met throughout the day.
Attend to daily operational needs and resolve any issues that may arise during that time.
Be trained to perform all operational duties relating to the daily bingo and arcade operations.
Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
4 x GCSEs (a-c including English and Maths or equivalent)
*Previous customer service experience preferred
*Please note that shortlisting criteria will be applied
