Responsibilities

Assist in confectionery making, packing and labelling Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Support other staff with various tasks, including confectionery making and packing and cleaning duties. Utilise basic math skills to manage orders efficiently and assist with inventory management. Stock control Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Experience

Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving food preparation and allergen awareness Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards within the establishment. Culinary experience is an advantage but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key. Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills are required for managing orders and assisting with inventory tasks.
