About the role

This isn't stiff service or ticking boxes.
It's about reading the room. Anticipating needs. Making people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

You'll be part of a close-knit team delivering:

Warm, intuitive service in a busy neighbourhood brasserie Confident food and wine service, without pretence A high standard of hospitality that still feels relaxed and natural
Whether you're welcoming guests at the door, running a section, or guiding someone through the menu, your role matters.

Who we're looking for

You care deeply about hospitality and people You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in your role You're calm under pressure and enjoy a lively service Experience is a bonus, but attitude and curiosity matter more An interest in food, wine, and service is encouraged and supported
2 Year's experience preferred, 1 year as a minimum requirement
