As part of our team, you'll help us deliver a fun, upbeat, and welcoming experience for customers of all ages. From explaining how it all works to helping process finished pieces, you'll be at the heart of the studio vibe.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social, creative environments and enjoys working weekends and evenings.

Position Details

Role:

Floor Staff (Part-Time)

Hours:

10-25 hours per week (weekends + midweek, mixed hours)

Pay:

12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

Greet customers, explain the painting process, and keep the atmosphere fun, inclusive, and stress-free.

Studio Upkeep:

Keep things tidy, organised, and stocked- especially during busier times.

Bookings & Collections:

Help manage bookings, respond to customer queries, and support with piece collections.

Pottery Processing:

Assist with waxing, glazing, and kiln unloading (training provided).

Teamwork:

Work closely with the manager and wider team to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Warm, proactive, and reliable with great communication skills. Some experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar. A genuine interest in creativity, art, or pottery (experience with ceramics is a bonus but not essential). Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Must be available evenings and weekends.
