We are seeking a commercially aware, dynamic, personable, and enthusiastic Partner Alliance Manager to join our growing company. Strategically, our Partnerships are fast becoming a pivotal factor to our potential for growth and success.

You will be required to travel regularly to the satellite Commercial team office in Monmouth, South Wales, as well as occasionally to the HQ in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, to work with the wider team. Our Partners are some of the largest ISV and GSI businesses in the world, so appreciation that travel for the role should be expected.

The Role & Key Responsibilities



The Partner Account Manager (PAM) plays a fundamental role in the growth model of Innovate Tax. Innovate delivers professional services for large-scale tax technology transformations and system adoptions. Many of these require technology provided by our Partners, while our Partners rely on Innovate to help provide end-client requirements and jointly plan a clear path to a successful project.

The PAM will be responsible for liaising with our network of Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Partners (main priority), as well as a range of secondary Partners to generate and extract leads. In parallel, the role is accountable for delivering qualified leads ("lead deposits") from Innovate's network of customers and prospects back into the Partner ecosystem. The key responsibility of the PAM will be to help build and strengthen strategic Partner relationships in order to cultivate new opportunities using Innovate's methodology.

The role carries a sales quota contribution target. Therefore, the ability to manage the Partner ecosystem and commit end client organisations to deliver projects with Innovate is fundamental to success.

Meeting target: We have a face-to-face meeting metric of 4 per month. We always aim for more, but we also have a culture of steady on-screen meetings and catch-ups with our prospects and Partners alike.

PAM focus should be on short, medium and long-term objectives agreed with the Commercial Director in order to drive new business via these channels.

Creation and Execution of Partner-specific business plans.

Creating and maintaining a Framework for all Partners to be managed equitably.

Create and maintain up-to-date Account Plans for each Partnership, including the drivers, the value proposition we offer for each, and mutual goals. These goals could include, but are not limited to: driving revenue, increasing market share, increasing brand awareness, entrance/ expansion into new markets.

Establish and nurture relations with key individuals in each Partner organisation.

Make sure all Partners understand our value proposition to them, and keep all stakeholders up to speed with our capabilities.

Manage the certification of our consultants to the Partner ISV training standards.

Adopt new ISV Partners and manage contractual requirements (including exiting Partner contract considerations).

3 Month Deliverable:



Introduction to all Partner Stakeholders

o Liaise with BDM's with regards to the various lead deposits known and manage the lead registration process with the Partners.

Pick up current pipeline opportunities and close business.

o Update withdrawals and deposit logbook with new opps and update existing.

General:

o Build Social Media presence

o Build personal contact book of Partner stakeholders.

6 Month Probationary Target:



C.750k qualified (SQL) pipeline recorded.

Clear understanding of INTX value propositions and demonstrable knowledge of our business.

Outbound activities recorded as On-Target (via CRM report)

Close business during the period.

Secondary Responsibilities



By meeting the key responsibilities, you will also:

Assume responsibility for the maintenance and growth of our CRM record data for PAM-specific contacts

Learn the various business value propositions.

Become competent in presenting our services.

Become part of the tax technology community.

Attended various conferences and events.

Find new Partners and niches where we can build new routes to market.

Aid the marketing effort for Partner-specific communications
