Partner - Property Management
Location: LondonA leading and well-established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Partner to lead their Property Management team in London. This strategic appointment comes as part of the firm's ongoing growth and commitment to delivering high-quality service to a broad client base, including major lending institutions and public sector bodies.The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, national team of around 35 professionals, including surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants, working from multiple offices across the UK.With strong prospects for career progression and performance-based rewards, this is an ideal role for a dynamic individual ready to drive growth, lead a team, and deliver excellence in property management.Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow the Property Management portfolio across London and the SoutheastManage key assets on behalf of a wide range of clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships and generate new instructionsCollaborate closely with colleagues in accounting, surveying, and facilities managementOversee day-to-day property operations including tenant communications, insurance claims, and contractor liaisonApprove and manage financial reporting: rent, service charges, utilities, and budgetsEnsure timely completion of service charge budgets and annual reconciliationsSupport the wider national property management team on cross-regional mandatesLead and develop the existing London-based property management teamAbout You:Proven experience in property management at senior level, ideally with leadership experienceStrong understanding of commercial property operations and client careExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommercially minded with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunitiesComfortable managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex portfoliosInterested?
